All of the staff was OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING and exceptional.

This place is in an amazing spot with stunning views of the beach and the sea. the staff are exceptional and really make your stay memorable. It’s close to nightlife, a shopping mall, and the beach, plus there’s an IGA supermarket nearby for convenience. 🌊.

The location in an awesome area was perfect and there were shopping malls and a night market nearby. The staff was helpful and excellent, offered a laundry room and ironing free of charge...

extremely helpful staff, very good services, and handy location short walk to the walls, the beach and staff and markets. huge room, extremely pleasant with an amazing view. a lot of facilities like: an electric kettle, a microwave, and a personal safe.

The staff is nice, the views of the beach and city are excellent, everything is great, the rooms are fantastic, and the bathroom comes with a bathtub.

This place was fairly clean, the apartment with ocean views was great, and the room had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a balcony, and a lounge area.

Location: the resort is conveniently located near public transport, restaurants, cafes, and the beach, placing you right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, close to many eateries. the staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. the food offers a delightful variety of delicious options.

The hotel is excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail in the rooms. I particularly loved the master bedroom with its efficient air conditioning and the third bedroom with its four balconies, providing stunning views. The location is unbeatable, right across from a patrolled beach and close to shops. It's so convenient to be able to walk to the beach and have everything you need within reach.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the Gold Coast. I was impressed by the value for money, as the prices were very reasonable for the location. The hotel is close to the centre of Surfers, which was perfect as it allowed me to easily access all the attractions without being in the hustle and bustle of Cavill Ave. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and were always attentive to my needs, making my stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities in the rooms were all in good condition, and I particularly loved the fantastic view from my room. I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great - nothing to complain about.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the stunning view from the 24th floor. The location is perfect, close to everything but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are satisfactory. The rooms, especially the master bedroom, offer a fantastic view and the proper air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay.

All was okay, but there is still room for improvement.

The hotel location was fantastic, being just a short walk away from a patrolled beach and an IGA supermarket. the outdoor pool and gym were great facilities, and the spacious apartment we stayed in had stunning views of both the city and the beach.

The condition of the apartment was disappointing, as it was outdated, had stained carpets, and the air conditioning was ineffective.
